She was terrific with Eddie and was able to tend to his special needs with great affection. And because he needed fresh extra wet food all day, she would take her lunchtime off from work to have ‘lunch with Eddie’ when I couldn’t.

My Ms. Rubydoo sure does love seeing her Maya come walking up to the door! Ms Ruby loves taking Maya for long walks, either to the mountain or a walk about the city. Ruby is good friends with Mike and Maya. She recommends to other furry critters out there that… MIKE AND MAYA’S PET CARE IS THE BESTEST!
Maya has taken such amazing care of Oscar & Coco. I can always leave town knowing that the kittehs are in excellent hands. Maya first came into our lives last year when I decided to bring home a little sister for Oscar. Coco was/is such a handful (but irresistibly entertaining) and Maya really helped in those early days. Now we’re a happy little family of three and Maya has made all the difference.
I have hired Maya at least a half-dozen times to care for my cat, Bistro, while I am out of town.
Bistro is 20 years old, and thus requires a certain amount of attention. She has specialized medication schedules (which change on a regular basis), and needs to be observed closely on a daily basis to ensure that she has no illnesses “brewing”, as early diagnosis is critical at her age.
Maya has been an exemplary care provider. She got Bistro to like her instantly (no easy task), and has been utterly reliable in caring for her. When I am out of town, I get regular updates on Bistro’s health—sometimes a text, sometimes an email, sometimes a picture. Enough contact that I am reassured about Bistro’s care, but not so much that it becomes intrusive. On two separate occasions when I had to leave town suddenly, Maya was able to step in with virtually no notice.
What’s especially nice about Maya is that it’s obviously more than a job for her: it’s more like a calling. She clearly has an affinity with animals, and it’s nice to see someone made so happy by what they do for a living.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maya to anybody requiring pet care.
Maya is a life saver. she has taken such amazing care of my two dogs and treated them like they were her own. she tailors visits with each dogs individual needs and they always come home happy, healthy, and TIRED

You guys are the absolute best! We couldn’t have left our crazy, but lovable weims with anyone better. Ozzie and Tasha are in love ….and so are we.

YOU ARE THE BEST PET SITTERS, EVER! Henry and Cecil keep telling me about how much fun they had with you and how they want to see the both of you again. They even insisted you played better games than we do! It’s shocking, really.
Thank you, Maya (and Mike) for taking such exceptional care of our weims while we were away. The daily pics and texts were a great comfort. You guys are the best, seriously! I’m not sure how many other dog sitters could deal with our seriously wacky weim, Tasha…:))))
